  • "Sorry to be so late in providing a testimonial, but better late than not at all......Anyway I bought a 2006 ST1300 from Rick bacj in May of 2006. I found the bike on ebay and was a little nervous about the process since I was 1200 miles away from the dealer. They were great to deal with and everything went totally smooth. I flew down and Rick picked me up at the airport. I had asked for every option available for the bike and also sent a number of custom add-ons which were all properly installed and looked great. Rick commented how he really liked the fairing wind deflectors. We then closed the deal and the process could not have been any easier. I actually rode the bike back, unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. I purchased a bunch of gear for the ride back (new helment, jacket, gloves, raingear and a bunch of other miscellaneous stuff. Rick gave me great pricing on the gear and helped me find everthing that I needed. They even helped me get the bike packed-up, talk about customer service!!! After arriving home there were a couple of small issues which were immediately addressed by Rick. I had such an awesome experience that I am riding back down there this summer (2010) to have the 15K service performed, albeit a little late. I would never even bother with the dealers around me, they don't even remotely compare!!! You guys ROCK!!!"

I drove past two other Honda dealers and past on another that was closer to my house then Ashland. Because these guys have been good to me and they also had better pricing then the other.   • "I had full service maintenance done last week and the bike started making a strange noise after about 15 miles.it got worse the more i rode it 5 more miles max. i was livid as i seem to have bad luck with service departments of any kind.maybe i am paying for sins of my past mistreatment of motocross bikes and cars.i don't know.all i can say is that i called and talked to Rick and he sent Briton from the service dept with a truck and trailer to pick up my bike.and Briton from what rick told me has even more or less gotten my tire issue sorted out with the dry rot issue on my conti attack tires only about a year old ..long story short i ride 17 miles each way to buy what i need from Jared in parts dept. i think Rick runs a good show and stands behind his sales and service. i am a sold on ashland cycle sales and will buy my next bike there.they stand behind the products and service.i give the 5 star out of 5 rating.sincerely,Tim Stapleton at tlstapleton@gmail.com"

  • "I drove down from Michigan to pick up my new 2009 Honda Goldwing, with the Premium Audio/Comfort Package, on May 1, 2009. I was a little nervous at first, since I was purchasing this bike sight unseen through e-bay and I was not familiar with Ashland Cycle. I both e-mailed and also spoke with Jay and Rick at Ashland and they walked me through the out of state buying process. Upon arriving at Ashland the hospitality and the efficient processing of the entire purchase was first class. They even helped my buddy and I load up the bike on the trailer for the ride back home. Also, the gentlemen in Parts were very helpful in procuring for us oil filers and a service manual in advance of our 600 mile initial service.   • "This is the best customer service I have ever received. I purchased a 2008 Kawasaki ZX-14. I was running late, the staff not only waited past closing but was cheerful and joking the whole time we finalized my transaction and loaded the bike. I drove 200 miles to buy this bike and will bring it back for all service. This type of customer care is hard to find. The other dealers in the Louisville area would not even come close to the price. There also was no pressure to buy the color or model that was on the floor or snooty attitude that comes with some of the big building cycle centers. I urge you to visit this dealer before you make a choice. You won’t be sorry."
